Orders and Returns
Your Consumer Rights
Consumers have a comprehensive set of rights when purchasing goods. The legislation covering this and more is called the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can read this act in full here, or to understand your rights in plain English we recommend going to the Citizens Advice website here.
If you placed an order in error please contact us as soon as possible.
After you receive your goods you have 14 days to change your mind. We will refund the price you paid providing the returned items are not damaged by improper use or incorrect fitting. If you received the goods in a faulty condition or they develop a fault within 30 days of receipt we will offer a full refund, or you can choose a replacement if you wish. You must arrange and pay for postage on items that you return to us.
Items that arrive damaged should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can report it to the delivery company. (This does not affect your above rights) Please retain the packaging or take a photo if there is visible damage. Items that have not been delivered after 10 days from posting will be assumed lost in transit (standard Royal Mail terms) and a replacement or refund will be offered providing you have reported non-delivery to us.
