Shipping & Delivery

Packing and postage costs are calculated at the checkout after you've provided your delivery address. Select which delivery method you prefer and the cost is added on to the total. Rather than a flat fee, which could be expensive if you're only ordering a few light weight items, postage is calculated based on the weight of the items in your shopping basket.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. We only use Royal Mail First Class to ensure your goods don't linger in the postal system for any longer than necessary to increase the chance of a successful and prompt delivery. We reserve the right to request a signature on delivery in some circumstances. As an option you can choose Special Delivery which is fully insured during transit, requires a signature, and provides a very reliable delivery service.

If your order hasn't been delivered, please allow 4 business days before contacting us as it could have been held up along the way. If it still hasn't arrived, please use this form to contact us and please include your order number so we can find your purchase details more quickly.

Privacy & Security

We do NOT share your details with any 3rd parties other than what is absolutely necessary to fulfil your order. Information transferred between your browser and our shop is securely encrypted. We do not store your credit or debit card details.

Returns & Replacements

Orders made in error cannot be refunded unless agreed via email beforehand. It is your responsibility to return agreed items to us at your own expense. Any refund will exclude the original delivery cost, less the payment transaction fee that we were charged.

Delivered items that arrive damaged should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement. Items that have not been delivered after 10 days from posting will be assumed lost in transit and a replacement will be made providing you have reported non-delivery to us.

Refunds cannot be offered unless there are exceptional circumstances. Items that are damaged by improper use, unreasonable heavy handedness, wear and tear, or incorrect fitting will not be replaced or refunded.

Ordering

Before ordering it is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied that the products purchased meet your requirements. Unfortunately, we do not offer personal advice on the products apart from the information published on our website on each product page.

We accept no responsibility for any damage, errors, omissions or loss resulting from the improper fitting or use of the items purchased.

Items purchased from other websites via links from this website are the responsibility of the website you placed the order with. If you have a question or issue with an item purchased via another website please go back to that site and contact them directly because they are in a much better position to help you.

If batteries are supplied with a product then this is mentioned in the product details page. Otherwise you must purchase appropriate batteries separately from a reputable retailer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices may change from time to time. The price advertised when you place your order is the price you pay and any future price changes or promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already gone through the checkout.

Viewing Orders

You can view your previous orders by logging in if you have created an account, otherwise you can try to find your order by entering your order ID and contact details on this page.

Updating Account Information

If your contact details change it is your responsibility to update the account information we have on record for you before you place your next order. Please note that once your order has been through the checkout the delivery address for that order cannot be changed.
